Please note the following:

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or color variation due to screen differences.

• All fabrics are cut to order, and therefore cannot be resold once handled.

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive:

• The wrong item, or

• A product that is damaged during shipping

You must notify us within [48–72 hours] of receiving your order. Please email support@[yourstorename].com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a store credit or replacement at our discretion.
